A 30% deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival date. If cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before scheduled arrival date then 50% of total rental fee will be forfeit. Cancellation less than 2 weeks before will result in full forfeiture unless the villa is relet for the period.

A security deposit of £100 is required. This will be added to the final payment of 70% and will be refunded at the end of the holiday, provided no breakages or damages have occurred.
